Joining host Ron Hansen this week are The Republic’s Ray Stern and Stacey Barchenger, along with Rachel Dean Wilson. She’s the head of external affairs at the Alliance for Securing Democracy — a nonpartisan initiative that works to protect democratic processes. She previously worked for the late Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., as his communication director and as an adviser to his 2016 reelection campaign.
