About Olivia Monroe
Olivia Monroe is a program coordinator at the Alliance for Securing Democracy (ASD) at the German Marshall Fund (GMF), where she manages the team’s work on anti-corruption in Ukraine. Prior to joining ASD, she served as a development assistant for government funding to GMF. She holds a bachelor's in global affairs and Korean studies from George Mason University. Monroe speaks Korean and Uzbek.
