ASD’s co-director Laura Rosenberger joined GLOBSEC 2018’s panel “Age of Bots and Robotisation of Truth,” where she explained that “when we’re talking about the role of information on the internet and on social media, there’s a lot of focus on bots in particular, but it’s important to step back and understand that bots and automated accounts are really just one piece of this broader information ecosystem,” and “the Internet has presented opportunities to manipulate that information ecosystem.”
