Berzina discusses that what British Prime Minister Johnson did today is an extension of the cooperation that the UK already has with Sweden, Finland, and much of northern Europe on defense, and this agreement is not coming out of nowhere given the long-standing cooperation and leadership the UK has shown in European security. She explains that this agreement is a codification of processes that have already been started.
