The 2021 German Election Dashboard provides summary analysis of the topics and themes promoted by foreign and domestic actors during the 2021 regional and federal elections in Germany. The dashboard tracks the outputs of Russian, Chinese, Iranian, and Turkish government officials and state media outlets targeting German speakers on Twitter, RT Deutsch’s YouTube channel, and state-media websites published in the German-language. For comparative purposes, the dashboard also collects data on Twitter accounts from German media outlets as well as the major political parties and their respective candidates/party leaders. The 2021 German Election Dashboard is a project of the Alliance for Securing Democracy, the German Marshall Fund, and the Institute for Strategic Dialogue.
