About Elena Andreeva

Master of Political Science, Junior Research Fellow at the Institute of Political and Ethnic Studies. I.F. Kuras of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. She is a graduate of the courses "Management in the Non-Governmental Sector" (2018) and "Data Based Policy Writing and Visualization" (2021) of the Ukrainian Catholic University, participant of the Open World Program funded by the US Congress (2019). PhD in Political Science. She has seven years of experience in the non-governmental sector. He teaches a course on public procurement at the master's program of the Poltava University of Economics and Trade. Conducted about 30 trainings for the non-governmental sector and applicants on working with the public procurement system.
