The United States has taken some steps to build election resilience, but it is not doing nearly enough. And the continued polarization of foreign interference is the biggest hurdle to actually addressing it, Director Laura Rosenberger said on NPR’s “All Things Considered.” But everyday citizens can build resilience by continuing to participate in democracy, even when foreign actors are spreading narratives that try to dissuade participation.
